I bring a master's degree in Organizational Development and years of experience working with businesses, nonprofits, boards, and community organizations. Rooted in a deep understanding of the principles of Communication Skills, Team Dynamics and Six Sigma methodologies, my work bridges people and process — helping organizations improve how they function, not just how they feel.
